Lindsay Lohan’s dad Michael Lohan is taking a break from yapping his mouth about his daughter, to talk about whipping ass at a charity boxing match.  Out of all the people in the world, who would possibly want to uppercut this loud mouth bastard?  Well apparently the celebrity boxer Perez Hilton does.

“Out of all the people on this planet, if there is one person I would really love to get in the ring with me,” he says, “it would be Perez Hilton.”

And the gossip blogger isn’t backing down. “The only thing [Lohan]‘s good at is throwing jabs in the media toward Dina Lohan and Samantha Ronson,” Hilton tells E! News.

While both of them look like little more than talkers, I’m always up for celebrities, or in this case the waste they leave behind, getting a good beating.  If Perez wins, I’m hoping for an amazing snapshot of the swollen and bleeding losers’ face posted all over the internet for the world to enjoy.

A few weeks ago, there were several rumors arising suggesting Topless and Nude Jennifer Aniston Pictures would be available on the internet in a short while. Sure enough, they existed, and to help combat this, NBC released a pre-emptive cease to desist order. However, several bloggers published these images anyway. Unfortunately for Perez, he has landed himself a lawsuit. According to the National Ledger,

The lawsuit against Perez, (real name Mario Lavandeira) is filed by Universal Studios and seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order “directing the U.S. Marshall to seize” the copyrighted material from the blogger. The complaint does not specify monetary damages.

Poor Mario, or well, not so poor Mario, has been getting sued regularly. Nothing major has come from any of the lawsuits just yet, and hopefully nothing major will come. Why does everyone have to pick on bloggers?
