I have to say, I’ve always wondering, what was the big deal about Penelope Cruz? The chick isn’t much of an actress, as far as I can see (something tells me she’s still struggling with an accent, and while I give her props for speaking FAR better English than I do Spanish, it’s a problem for someone who wants to act in Hollywood).

She sure as hell isn’t ugly, but I don’t look at her and think Drop Dead Gorgeous, either.

Penelope Cruz gave birth to a baby boy not too long ago. She was spotted enjoying a “romantic lunch” with husband Javier Bardem.

I never paid Penelope too much attention before (heard something about a girl-on-girl scene she had with Scarlett Johansson in a Woody Allen movie (Christina Barcelona), but never got around to checking that out.

On one hand, now I’m seriously tempted. But I’ll bet she didn’t have tits like that when she shot that movie.

Oh well. I’ll have to keep an eye out for bikini shots.

While “Slumdog Millionaire” walked away with almost every major award thought possible, there were still a couple of females to shine at the 81st Annual Academy Awards. Penelope Cruz won an oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, and unlike some people, cough cough Kate Winslet cough cough, Penelope looked absolutely stunning from her head to her toes.

There’s nothing like a little Penelope Cruz to brighten up anyone’s day. Appearing at the New York Film Critic’s Festival, I look at her and swear she’s never aged a single day, and with something like that in a skimpy semi- see through dress, I’m sure none of the critics paid as much attention to the movie screen as they did trying to take a peak up her skirt.

When they shot the scene, “there were like 60 crewmen [sitting around] eating salami sandwiches!” Johansson said at the movie’s Los Angeles premiere Monday. “It’s really the least sexy thing you can ever imagine!”

And I say to you Johansson, that you better be grateful you only got just that. When a girl gets drunk enough to make out with another chick around sixty or so guys, there’s usually is a lot of howling (sometimes it kinda sounds like a giraffe with throat cancer), which is then followed by the beating of the two women over the head with a steel beam, and ejaculation over their corpses.

…You know, now after I think about that, you’re right. Salami sandwiches still sounds the least sexy.
