There’s nothing like starting out 2009 with new beginnings, however for John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston, they will have to cope with a ending to their 16 year old son’s life.

Police Superintendent Basil Rahming has said a caretaker found Jett Travolta unconscious in a bathroom late Friday morning and he was later pronounced dead at a Freeport hospital. The youth was last seen entering the bathroom on Thursday, according to Rahming’s police statement.

“We are heartbroken that our time with him was so brief. We will cherish the time we had with him for the rest of our lives,” Travolta and Preston said Sunday in their first public statement since Jett’s death.

 The precise cause of death was not known.

At a time like this, it is always good to think positive.  So far they have recevied lots of support from their fans, friends, and family, their son was on vacation in the Bahamas when he passed away and not locked away in a cage as some medical specimen, and…well I don’t know, don’t have to worry about saving up for college?

John Travolta, who is one of the female stars in the new movie Hair Spray, has denied the notion that “Hair Spray” is a “gay movie.” According to M&C,

“There is nothing gay in this movie. I’m not playing a gay man.”

He isn’t playing a gay man. He’s playing a mangina and IS a gay man.  I saw him kiss a man with my own eyes. The only thing I haven’t seen was him with his pants around his ankles in the “girls” bathroom, yet I’m still quite positive he’s gay. Stop the denial already. God!

John Travolta, who plays a woman in “Hair Spray,” has decided to blame Virginia Tech and Columbine on psychiatric drugs. According to Page Six, John Travolta said,

“I still think that if you analyze most of the school shootings, it is not gun control. It is [psychotropic] drugs at the bottom of it”

Oh. That explains everything. I’m pretty sure the only factor in the Virginia Tech shooting was a crazy man with two guns who probably needed more medication to calm his crazy ass down.

Also, as a flashback, a little more than one year ago, Tom Cruise revealed a very similar view on psychiatric drugs. According to Hollywood, Tom said,

“I’ve always found the ‘if it makes me feel better, it’s OK’ rationale a little suspect.

“I think it’s appalling that people have to live a life of drug addiction when I have personally helped people get off drugs.”

I’ve always found the “Treat a Sci-Fi novel as the new Bible” rationale a little suspect myself.

John Travolta, after being photographed kissing a man, had his lawyer issue a statement saying he was not gay. According to Celebrity Week, John Travolta’s laywer, Singer, said,

“As a manner of customary greeting and saying farewell, Mr. Travolta kisses both women and men whom he considers to be extremely close friends.

“People who are close to Mr. Travolta are aware of his customary, non-romantic gesture.”

In some exotic cultures it is customary for a pre-pubescent male to have sexual encounters with a teen male because they believe it enables the men to reproduce later in life with women.
