I was just fed up with seeing Gary Rhodes make a whirlpool and plop the egg in and get it perfect. But then a week ago.. I poached the perfect egg!!

When something minimal like poaching an egg becomes an event that gives your life meaning, I start to think about a challenge I overcame recently. Like yesterday, I was able to walk out of my room as soon as I woke up because I was able to control my morning wood. Thanks Jamie.
