Foxy Brown was scheduled to attend court on March 22nd, 2007, but as a typical rapper / gangster, she decided to not show up, which prompted the judge to issue a warrant for her arrest. The original court date was scheduled because Foxy allegedly “threw hair glue and spat” on the owner of the hair salon she was currently using. According to the Chronicle,

Brown was supposed to show in a Broward County, Florida court to face battery charges, and when she missed the deadline, a local judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest.

The assault charge stems from an alleged incident in a Florida beauty parlour when Brown, real name Inga Marchand, reportedly threw hair glue at the owner and then spat at him.

THis is a huge surprise. The girl has a record for assaulting the beauty help, which probably stems from the fact that no matter how much she spends on a haircut, or how much she spends on her nails, she’ll still be ugly. However, she will kick your fucking ass if you make her feel ugly.

Foxy Brown, who was due to be sentenced on Tuesday for assaulting two nail salon stylists over a twenty dollar manicure, managed to dodge the circular cuffs of pleasure and received anger management class, three years probation. According to the National Ledger,

the 28-year-old singer asked that the guilty plea she entered in August be withdrawn. “I feel I am innocent. I feel I was coerced. I want to take back my guilty plea,” she said.

But the request was denied.

The altercation was over a twenty dollar bill. I mean, come on, its twenty dollars. I know you’re from Brooklyn but even gangstas from the corner can fork over a twenty to avoid a world of pain and headaches.
