It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood on the set of “Cougar Town.”  Courtney Cox’s next television role is sure to have aging women everywhere become aware to exactly how obnoxious a trendy midlife crisis inflicted woman appears to the average eye–but still the same, not as bad as their bald, convertable riding counter parts.

Yesterday’s official declaration as Barack Obama as president-elect had more than your average Joe running around in the streets screaming their head off.  Celebrities left and right were close to jumping out of their jeans like the party that was hosted at Courtney Cox’s digs.

E! News has learned that Courteney Cox and hubby David Arquette hosted a Barack Obama victory party Tuesday night at their Beverly Hills home.

Sources say that Jennifer Aniston, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher were among those in attendance, and that the Cristal was flowing liberally (pardon the pun) as Arquette made the rounds with his guests.

“David was in such a good mood, he walked outside his gate and poured champagne for the paparazzi,” one insider said

It has to be a great feelings for all those well knowns out there since they managed to whore themselves out for the sake of a successful election.  The world’s longest drawn out election process called for new lows and pot shots by a lot of celebrities, and now I think I might miss all of those crazy antics.
