Despite the fact that Sherlock Holmes wasn’t working on Anna Nicole Smith’s case, it looks like some of the mystery behind her death are finally starting to come into the light.  Howard K. Stern, Smith’s attorney and lover alongside two doctors have been charged with prescribing Smith drugs since 2004.

[Howard K. Stern] was arrested and booked by police in Whittier, Calif., with bail set for $20,000, police records show.

Also charged with felonies were two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and Khristine Eroshevich, 61, who allegedly prescribed medication unlawfully to Smith, according to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office. 

The conspiracy counts allege the three defendants conspired to provide controlled substances to Smith from between June 2004 and January 2007. They also were charged with “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict,” among other charges.

The legend of Smith lives on.  While the circumstances surrounding her death may be slowly coming to a close, I’m sure that legal issue surrounding her second marriage to that old rich man will never die.

The rape of the classic British opera continues.  We have Jerry Springer the musical, the possibility of an opera based off the Michael Jackson “Thriller” music video, and now…Anna Nicole Smith.

Britain’s august Royal Opera said Thursday it is planning a show based on the life of Anna Nicole Smith , the model and stripper who married an octogenarian oil tycoon, starred in her own TV show and died of a drug overdose in 2007.

The company says the show will have music by respected British composer Mark-Anthony Turnage. The libretto is by Richard Thomas, co-creator of “Jerry Springer: The Opera,” an earlier merger of highbrow and lowbrow culture. It is due to run in the Royal Opera’s 2011 season.

The company’s director of opera, Elaine Padmore, told The Guardian newspaper the show “is not going to be tawdry; it is going to be witty, clever, thoughtful and sad.”

“It is not just a documentary about her, but a parable about celebrity and what it does to people,” she said.

I think it’s safe to say that we already know what fame does to people.  If all they really wanted was to convey the message about corrupting power, they could have used a lesser extreme.  Nope, you know they want something amazing and explosive.  They also want that money. 

…Well I approve.

After the DNA results revealed Larry Birkhead as the true father of Dannielynn Hope, he still wasn’t able to take his own daughter back to the United States until the pending custody battle would be resolved. However, Howard K. Stern, being the good sport that he is, was attempting to contact Larry last night so that he could be reuinted with his child, semen. Unfortunately, Howard was completely unsucessful until he decided to use TMZ to contact Larry.

A member of Howard’s camp approached TMZ and asked if they would be able to contact Larry Birkhead. They did and shortly after, Larry arrived at Howard K. Stern’s for an emotional reunion with his fully developed sperm.

Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn Hope. Although this doesn’t come as a complete surprise, I am sure Larry is extremely satisfied that the DNA results are 99.9999% sure that he is the father.

However, Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, plans to fight Larry for custody of Dannielynn. According to TMZ, Virgie’s lawyer allegedly suggested, that Virgie desires dual guardianship over Dannielynn.

You see, to feed a woman of her stature and size, I would imagine it takes a lot of cheeseburgers. With a lottery ticket like Dannielynn, the cost of cheeseburgers becomes obsolete.  Patrolling the Pennysaver for single and wealthy men is no longer needed when you have a rich little  7 month year old child…

The results of the paternity test of Dannielynn Hope are due to be released shortly. As earlier reported, Howard K. Stern attempted to appeal the release of the results, but he failed. Now, Larry Birkhead, may actually get what he wants – custody of Dannielynn.

As TMZ reports, Larry Birkhead arrived at court in the Bahamas just moments ago with his family, and commented to the reporters, “I hope to leave with one more.”
While this ongoing controversy is about to come to an end, I’m sure the results of the DNA test are either going to be inconclusive or will be the most surprising results of the century.

If I were to discover I wasn’t the father of Dannielynn, I’d mourn for the child and the fortune she is set to inherit from Anna Nicole Smith’s marriage to an oil tycoon.

Not only is this a battle of paternity, but its a battle for a winning lottery ticket.

The paternity test of Dannielynn Hope, Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, has been completed and the world awaits the results. Even though Howard K. Stern attempted to appeal the release of the results, he was denied and fined $10,000. According to TMZ, the results of the paternity test should be released sometime next week.

The results of this test have been long awaited, but at this point, it doesn’t even matter. The Pope can be this child’s father and she is still going to have one fucked up life – her whole family is dead. The chance at living a normal life, although very unfortunate and sad, is almost slim to none. A Dannielynn Hope “live a normal life foundations” needs to be started.

Anna Nicole Smith, who died of a lethal mixture of prescribed and unprescribed drugs, could have been saved if she was hospitalized before her death. However, Anna Nicole Smith refused to enter the hospital. Howard K. Stern allegedly claimed that Anna Nicole was trying to avoid a “media frenzy.” According to People,

If Smith, 39, had sought treatment for her flu, she might have been saved, Perper said, if only because her drug use could have been controlled: “If she would have gone to the hospital she wouldn’t have died because she wouldn’t have had the opportunity to take the excessive amount of chloral hydrate.”

Lets forget about the lethal mixture of drugs for a second and say the media killed Anna Nicole Smith. As a matter of fact, I saw The Media shoving those pills down her throat. If only someone was strong enough to stand up to these diabolical dicks.

Anna Nicole Smith died from an accidental overdose of several different kinds of medication. The autopsy revealed the following drugs in Anna’s system: Methadone, Valium, weight loss pills, anti-anxiety pills, and possibly some vitamins. In addition to the pharmacy found in Anna Nicole’s body, she was suffering from a bacterial infection from injecting medication in her buttocks and reportedly had the flu.

According to People, Anna Nicole Smith was taking the drug Chloral hydrate, which is a sedative used to treat insomnia and alcohol withdrawal, but when it is mixed with any other kinds of drugs, including Lorazepam, which she was taking, it can be fatal. A source said,

“It’s very toxic if you mix it with any other central nervous system depressant drugs,” Walls said. “You could get profound sedation leading up to coma and respiratory arrest.”

Now, my only last question is, what doctor would prescribe their patient two drugs that can be fatal if combined? She either lied to the doctor, or we have a real moron on our hands.
