Gwen Stefani with No Doubt in Las Vegas

There have people I know that have been waiting for Gwen Stefani to ditch her Japanese cheerleaders for the old members of No Doubt, and it seems like that those people are having that chance. No Doubt kicked off their 2009 tour in Las Vegas, and was simply a ride of nostalgic hits for everyone. Will the band stay together for good? Let’s ask Gwen herself…

“The only reason we’re doing this tour is to be inspired,” she said, virtually throwing down a gauntlet after “Underneath It All,” with its opening line “There’s times when I want something more.”
“So it’s all up to you guys if we make another record.” No pressure there.

What exactly would her fans have to do to let her know they want another album, seriously? A massive orgy with a blow up doll dress as Gwen herself? A naked parade to her home where they camp for 50 days in her front yard? The kidnapping of her baby?!
