Wandering along the streets of New York over the weekend, it’s unsure whether or not Kim Kadashian’s move to add blonde highlights to her hair was her personal idea or her flamboyant stylist. While it may take a little getting used to, it still doesn’t take away from the fact she can fill an outfit nicely.
