Farrah Fawcett In Hospital

For a lot of younger people, when you think of Farrah Fawcett you think of what she is now, but that’s not the case for everyone everywhere.  The former Charlie’s Angel has battling cancer for three years now, and as of last Thursday retured back to the hospital.  While no real information has been officially given, that doesn’t go without saying that something was released.

“On Farrah Fawcett’s behalf, I can confirm that she recently checked into a Los Angeles hospital,” the producer, Craig Nevius, says in a statement released to PEOPLE. “And although it is usually against her nature to correct false or exaggerated stories that originate in tabloid-style reports by offering true information that they would not otherwise have to publish, Farrah is allowing this statement out of appreciation for her fans, who have offered their constant support throughout her fight, as well as out of concern for the countless other cancer patients who have written her over the last two-and-a-half years in order to tell her that they are following her story in the hope that there is hope.”

Yeah, there’s a reason so many people look up to her.  In her day, she was the blonde bombshell that everyone wanted to be.  Granted, not that many people right would enjoy being over 60 with anal cancer and a mother to a druggie, but she sure was hot wasn’t she?!  Granted, there is hope for many that she can make it through this (take Magic Johnson for an example), but don’t expect to end up looking how she used to; that’s just a petty wish.
