Rihanna’s Hubby to Appear in Court

whether or not Rihanna feels she’s made a mistake by calling the cops in her domestic scabble with Chris Brown, what’s done is done, and Brown is now scheduled to appear in court today.  No one really knows how this is going to end up entirely, Chris’s lawyer is already trying to put some plea deal underway, Rihanna’s retracted on some of her statements (on top of hooking back up with the guy), and aside from the pictures of her beat down, a lot of evidence isn’t coming in as strong as anyone would like to. 

However, there is the chance that Chris won’t walk away entirely squeaky clean, even if Rihanna doesn’t seem to be on the law enforcement’s side anymore.  But what exactly brought her back?  Some people claim that it’s just natural that the abusee often returns to the side of the abuser, and other sources also claim Rihanna’s just plain clingy.

A source who knows the couple tells OK! that Rihanna can be a clingy and possessive girlfriend. “She always has to have Chris around,” says the source. “If he’s with her on a photo shoot and he steps away, she starts saying, ‘Where’s Chris?’ If he isn’t with her, she wants to call and check in.”

Well let’s not all be pessimists about this all of the time, people.  With the possible shift in his popularity as of late, there might possibly be a well deserved turn around.

And then again this could quite possibly be the two that fill the spot of this year’s most screwed up couple.
