Looks like Jennifer Aniston is no longer in the mood to be toyed around with. Possibly trying to catch up with her arch nemesis Angelina Jolie, for her 40th birthday today Jenn is expecting a lot more than just a birthday cake from her on-again off-again boyfriend John Mayer.
“Jen and John are slipping away on a romantic getaway,” an insider tells OK!. “And John’s going to give her the ultimate surprise for her 40th — a gorgeous engagement ring!”
“He begged and pleaded with Jen for another chance,” a source close to the Grammy winner tells OK!. And while the actress did eventually take him back, a pal of the former Friends star says “Jen made it clear that she wanted their relationship to be on the marriage track.”
I suppose Jenn is trying to avoid the bad press of being some sort of push over. On behalf of John Mayer, I can only assume that she must have been great in the sack. Older, crazy chicks can do that to you.
