Jessica Alba And The Case Of The Dumb

January 28, 2009

Jessica Alba proves to the world that if she was put head to head with a 5th grader, there is a chance that she might lose.  Flame battles have been going left and right after stating Sweden as a neutral country after trying to play switcheroo with a journalist.  A week later, this tiny snowflake has become one of many that has launched a snowstorm.  Whether or not she was refering to Sweden or Switzerland, things are starting to settle down due to a compromise–probably as long as Jessica doesn’t push them any further.

“Last week, Mr. Bill O’Reilly and some really classy sites (i.e. TMZ) insinuated I was dumb by claiming Sweden was a neutral country.

“I appreciate the fact that he is a news anchor and that gossip sites are inundated with intelligent reporting, but seriously people… it’s so sad to me that you think the only neutral country during WWII was Switzerland.”

TMZ.com shot back in a blog post Tuesday afternoon: “She is absolutely correct. Sweden was a neutral country … 60 years ago. We apologize for not considering the political climate of the world in 1942 when we suggested she may have meant, ‘Be Switzerland’ — a country that is currently neutral.”

Checkmate.
