Another Day, Another Wierd Katy Perry Dress

If this was anyone else except Katy Perry wearing this dress, I would go into a monologue about how tacky you have to be to put on a dress like this to something like the Critic’s Choice Awards. My speech would be so long and drawn out that if I sat out on the corner of broadway, it would eventually become the world’s longest running show. However, it is Katy Perry: our favorite mentally handicapped fashion adventurist, so it’s probably just best to give her a box of crayons and one of those kids menus from Red Lobster for her to map out her next wardrobe.
