 For anyone thinking that Pamela Anderson has never looked hotter in this photo needs to seriously reconsider how much time they spend hanging out on the street corner.  While the idea of a well toned body parading around in public sans pants sounds like a good idea, it would be a whole lot better if you weren’t plagued by the thoughts that it was possibly due to the side effects of heroin.
