Jennie Garth: Colorblind?

I think when Jennie Garth showed up to the March of Dime’s Celebration of Babies Event, not only did she want to celebrate children and their mothers everywhere, but based on her wardrobe, its safe to suspect how badly she wants a role in a Dick Tracey sequel.  There can’t be any other excuse for her to be wearing such a tacky, loud outfit–unless, of course, she is color blind.
