Holy Hilary Duff!

What is Disney sweetheart Hilary Duff doing trying to make me hot?  I know she’s in her 20’s but I can’t get over her pop princess past.  She still looks like she’s way too young.  Which is why her wearing a short mini skirt and tube top is deeply confusing me.  I haven’t been this confused about what’s going on in my pants since I was 13 and watching Cinemax at 2:30am.
