Zac Efron is hospitalized

Zac Efron was rushed to the hospital because he had a medical emergency.

Zac was in agonizing pain as his eyeliner mixed with his rouge and ran into his eyes. The High School Musical Star was said to be weeping and demanded 6 packs of Capri Sun to help ease the pain.

Nah…just kidding. He had appendicitis, but you could see him crying over makeup in his eyes. What a fruitcake.
