Jessica Simpson is a country girl

I guess Jessica Simpson is running out of ideas on how to stay in the spotlight.  She’s tried acting and her movies stunk.  She’s tried dating professional athletes and ended up being a curse.  Now, she’s going to try to be a country singing sensation.

Jessica Simpson is recording a country album, says Billboard, which, she explains, is appropriate as she is “a country girl.”

Good Luck.  I can’t name one country music star.  Wait, yes I can.  Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood, and Dolly Parton.  Hmmm, I guess all you need to be a famous country singer is a killer body.  Maybe she’s got a shot.
