Here is Lindsay Lohan getting out of a car flashing black panties to the paparazzo’s camera, which ultimately means one thing. Lindsay is now rehabilitated, but is still starving for attention. After spending a majority of her time in Utah, I can’t say that I’m surprised. “The Utah Statesmen” doesn’t cover news like this.
