Britney Spears Slept Through Drug Test

Britney Spears lost custody of her children because she supposedly slept through two court ordered drug tests and on another occasion, refused to let the technicians come to her house. According to E! Online,

Twice-weekly random drug testing was one of the many provisions handed down Sept. 17 that would have allowed Spears to retain joint custody of two-year-old Sean Preston and year-old Jayden James after Federline petitioned for primary physical custody.

But L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon ruled Monday that Spears was not “in substantial compliance” with last month’s order, citing her lack of a valid California driver’s license and concluding that a missed drug test was, as far as the court was concerned, a failed drug test.

This girl has nothing going on in her life other than her children. You’d think she would have made the drug test? Wrong. Probably because she was either stoned or drunk and couldn’t get her ass out of bed. Or, even worse, she just didn’t care and wanted to lose her kids, which pretty much leaves her with nothing other than her free time for liquor bottles and 8 balls.
