Oscar de la Hoya, who was recently pictured wearing women’s fishnet stockings, may have upset a majority of his fans, but Dave Matthews, the V.P. for PETA, wants him to participate in PETA’s upcoming drag queen fashion show. According to Page Six,
“Fur Is a Drag” fashion show in December to be hosted by Lady Bunny, founder of the Wigstock festival. “The controversy surrounding the cross-dressing photos of you could be turned around to do some good,” Mathews wrote in a letter to de la Hoya. “Might you consider walking the catwalk? You’d be a real knockout.”
What a fantastic idea for a man who makes a living punching people in the face. Who is going to want to fight a cross dresser? If they win, they beat a sissy. If they lose, a bitch kicked their ass. Or, in the worst case scenario, both fighters enter the ring and only one fighter is there to fight. The other will be trying to cop a feel.

There is no way Oscar is going to do that fashion show. It’s so degrading.
I thought they said those pictures were fake?
Um the PETA VP is not Dave Matthews it’s Dan Matthews.
his name is dan matthews, not dave. the latter is a washed up top-40 alt-rock snoozer.
what’s really degrading is the treatment animals receive on fur farms so that people like anna wintour can push ugly fur coats on people. animals are beaten, their bones broken, their necks snapped, anally and vaginally electrocuted, and drowned for their fur, which yes, they actually need. often they’re skinned alive. some countries, like china, even try to pass off domesticated cat and dog fur as animals such as rabbits and wolves.
the only thing fake here should be the fur that compassionate people choose to wear instead of the decaying skins of tortured animals.
PETA – People Eating Tasty Animals
You know what Vegetarian means in Latin? It means ‘Unskilled Hunter’.
I won’t even tell you what Vegan means….
Haha. People eating tasty animals.
you dont want to wear fur? You want to be a vegetarian? Ok by me. Do me a favor though, dont tell me what to eat or wear. I dont need to here yer crybaby crap about it. Put your efforts to something worthwhile like feeding the hungry. mmmm, my steak’s done, gonna go eat now.
As a matter off act, I’ll have one too.
The simplest thing is that the ARistas, the advocates of Animal Rights,
believe that animals (dogs, chickens, snakes, rats, any animal) are the
equal of humans. They do not believe in breeding animals, eating
animals, using animals, owning animals, or controlling animals at
all…that is the core of their belief system. Yes, they have some
understandable goals, such as humane treatment of animals, etc., which
we all believe…but the overall goal is one that would have no animals
owned by anyone, just left to their own devices to propagate at will,
not under the guidance of “breeders,” which are universally condemned by
ARistas…….some of the organizations have as their ultimate goal the
end of eating meat or dairy products at all…in their view we should
all be vegans…it’s all available on the internet, and some of the
quotations from their crazy leaders are famous (infamous?)…the Animal
Liberation Front, which is another well-known AR organization, is known
to the US Govt as a terrorist organization, for example…the AROs don’t
even care if there are cures found for diseases such as AIDS or cancer,
if it means that animals are used in the research. To them, all
research is vivisection……… the ARistas say just enough sensible
things to attract reasonable people (and money)…but just google HSUS,
or PETA, or some of the other groups, or just “Animal Rights Movement,”
and see what turns up. They are very well organized, and sucker in the
ill informed who think they are doing something great…they are not.
They don’t believe animals can be “owned,” that’s where the term
“guardian” crops up. I hate to tell you, but as much as I love my dogs
and Kilmausky, they are animals…not people.
