Timbaland Wants an Apology from Britney Spears

With Britney Spears’s terrible 2007 VMA performance looming over her head, the chances of a come-back are looking grim. However, Timbaland, one of the most sought-after producers, has said he and Justin Timberlake would love to work with Britney as long as she picks up the phone and says “I’m Sorry.” According to ShowBuzz,

“She should, humbly humble herself, “Timbaland told MTV News. “And make a phone call and say I’m sorry. That’s it.”

“She knows what she’s sorry about, too,” he added.

Britney needs a hit, Timbaland said, and considering his success over the past year with Timberlake, 50 Cent and Nelly Furtado, he is the producer to do it, but not until Spears is willing to take advice.

“(She got) so big-headed and [was] like, ‘Screw you, screw you, I don’t need nobody,’ ” he said.

Despite her miserable performance, she still has the number one requested song on many of the largest New York radio stations, which pretty much makes the whole situation much more clear. People from New York are retarded. As a matter of fact, I was yelling at people the other day in Penn station until the men with guns politely asked me to quiet down, but when I told them the news, they fired off a  few rounds chanting “YEAH! TITS!” because that’s obviously all that matters to New Yorkers. Even if they’re attached to a mother of two running around naked on stage.
