Despite being caught by the police driving a vehicle under suspicion of DUI, Lindsay Lohan’s uncle claims Lindsay’s ex-assistant, Tarin Graham, is the p roblem. According to the ShowBuzz, the uncle said,
Graham “is a problem individual and Lindsay was trying to help her out,” Chris Sullivan told the New York Post.
Sullivan told the newspaper that Graham’s “mother got involved and became hysterical.”
“(Lindsay) may well have not been driving the car. This girl and her mother are letting Lindsay take the fall, but hopefully the truth will come out! That would get rid of most of the charges,” Sullivan said.
Lets rewind for a second. Lindsay Lohan was caught with cocaine in her pocket and this is somehow her ex-assistant’s fault? For what? Not holding the cocaine for her? What a bitch.

With all these yes-people around in her professional circle and family, there’s no way that the poor girl is ever going to take responsibility for her actions and solve her problems.
