Nicole Richie’s Court Delay!

Nicole Richie’s DUI case has been delayed till August 16th due to her defense attorney questioning the evidence in the case. According to Forbes, Shawn Chapman Holley, Richie’s lawyer, said:

Dr. Terence Sean McGee will testify about tests and conclusions by drug experts used by prosecutors.

She was either high or not high. You don’t need experts to look through that. But in Nicole Richie’s case there is always pleading the fourth, also known as dumb. Nicole Richie is also carrying Joel Madden’s baby, which is something she has yet to have been charged with.
