I’m a little confused. This is Lindsay Lohan celebrating her 21st birthday in a bikini and it’s almost perfect. Cleavage? Check. Flat stomach? Check. Blue hooker platforms? How out of place are those shoes at that party. I understand that she’s the birthday girl and she can do what she wants to, but come on now. Those shoes are out of place and they ruin the picture. I just can’t take my eyes off them.
