Earlier today, police revealed to TMZ that in addition to finding a “usable amount of cocaine” in Lindsay’s crashed car, Lindsay Lohan tested positive for cocaine and was nearly twice the legal limit for blood alcohol content. According to TMZ,
We’re told that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.
Lohan’s lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, “It’s highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case.” Berk added, “It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it.”
I would like to say “she’s gonna fry,” but she didn’t kill anyone. I would also like to say “girl is going to jail,” but she isn’t on probation. Instead, lets point and berate the law enforcement because it’s their fault Lindsay crashed. Good call Blair. [image source: Superior]
These pictures are completely unrelataed, but it’s about time she wakes up and smells the roses. She’s hopefully going to jail.

I kind of hope she goes to jail, too. All those celebrity party girls have life way too easy.
I’m furious that the police would blab about this. If a case like this doesn’t go to trial, then they hurt someone’s reputation; if a case like this does go to trial, then they may prejudice a jury and — yes — potential judges, too, and may even have put pressue on the D.A.’s office to “do something.” If this information is not REQUIRED to be released to the press — and I’d be interested in seeing the statutes(s) so requiring — then it SHOULDN’T be.
Is this appropriate, to reveal to the press sensitive and potentially prejudicial information such as this is?
