Lindsay Lohan was Allegedly Drunk and High

Earlier today, police revealed to TMZ that in addition to finding a “usable amount of cocaine” in Lindsay’s crashed car, Lindsay Lohan tested positive for cocaine and was nearly twice the legal limit for blood alcohol content. According to TMZ,

We’re told that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.

Lohan’s lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, “It’s highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case.” Berk added, “It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it.”

I would like to say “she’s gonna fry,” but she didn’t kill anyone. I would also like to say “girl is going to jail,” but she isn’t on probation. Instead, lets point and berate the law enforcement because it’s their fault Lindsay crashed. Good call Blair. [image source: Superior]
