Nicole Richie is pregnant?

Nicole Richie, who has been dating Joel Madden, is supposedly pregnant. While the pregnancy hasn’t been confirmed by Nicole herself, according to Page Six, a friend said,

“Nicole is kind of hoping her pregnancy will keep her out of jail,” the friend said. Richie is facing time due to a DWI arrest earlier this year. But friends are concerned and “wondering if she can carry the baby to term because of her weight issues,” we’re told.

A pregnancy would explain Nicole Richie’s recent weight-gain… Yet, so would eating. So, we really can’t use her weight as a basis as to whether or not Nicole is pregnant. Instead, lets hope she has enough sense to save a baby’s life because if she’s really having it to keep herself out of jail, she doesn’t deserve it.
