Lindsay Lohan desires privacy in rehab

Lindsay Lohan, who willingly joined rehab on Memorial Day after a drunk driving car crash on May 26th, desires privacy in rehab while she combats  her medical condition. According to the Chronicle, Lindsay Lohan’s representatives said,

“Because this is a medical matter, it is our hope that the press will appreciate the seriousness of the situation and respect the privacy of Lindsay as well as the other patients receiving treatment at the facility.”

A medical matter? Realizing you have cancer and seeking chem o therapy is a medical matter. Asking your doctor for Valtrex because of a herpes outbreak is a medical matter. Getting drunk and crashing your car is just plain retarded. So, unless she is comitting herself to a special education unit, the only matter at hand here should be how long Linsday Lohan will lose her license for.
