Mischa Barton and Victoria Silvstedt allegedly had a huge catfight at a Cannes party on Tuesday. Victoria supposedly followed Mischa around like a little lapdog until Mischa attempted to lose Victoria in the fray of celebrities. According to the Chronicle,
