Lindsay Lohan is not charged with Grand Theft

Lindsay Lohan, who allegedly stole over $10,000 in clothing and accessories, is not being charged with grand theft because of lack of evidence. In addition, while she was placed at the scene of the crime, it is reported that the house sitter invited her over to pick up some clothing. According to Yahoo News,

“The bottom line is that Lohan can’t be shown to have been seen either taking or to have been later in possession of missing items and items she can be shown to have possessed were with (the housesitter’s) permission,” Deputy District Attorney Greg Somes wrote in the rejection notice.

Let me see if I have this clear. A woman’s house sitter let Lindsay Lohan pillage through the house owner’s closet to take shit for free? It sounds like this house sitter needs a Naomi Campbell phone pitched into her head.
