Maxim’s Hot 100 List is Garbage, Lindsay Lohan Wins

In Maxim’s 8th annual “Hot 100″ list, Lindsay Lohan was deemed the hottest woman in the world. According to the Chronicle, the Editor in Chief for Maxim said,

“There is no other star in the world (who) causes more of a sir in the public eye than Lindsay.”

“Her every move is watched and reported on.”
