Paris Hilton goes to Jail

Paris Hilton has been sentenced to serve 45 days in jail for violating her parole beginning on June 5th, 2007. Judge Michael T. Sawyer denied Paris Hilton work release or an alternative electronic monitoring solution. According to TMZ,

The judge called out her rep Elliot Mintz in court, describing his testimony as “completely worthless.” He also told Paris that he did not believe that she was unaware of her license suspension, adding that she had paperwork in her car stating that her license was suspended.

While most people fear of being raped in jail, Paris Hilton will be fine. Even convicts don’t want the herp!

And as I said earlier… Spiderman did not save Paris Hilton. He was too busy creating a shitty movie.

Update - She will be serving her 45 day jail sentence at Century Regional Detention Facility and if she fails to show up at the required date of June 5th, 2007, her sentence will be doubled.
