With Britney Spears desire to create a “Tell-All” book blaming everyone for her life problems other than herself, comes both a recent nipple slip picture and an upskirt.

While Britney can attempt to blame Kevin Federline or Justin Timberlake for her alleged suffering self-esteem, the only person to blame for her consistent inability to dress herself properly, is herself.

Now, if Britney was three years old or physically unable to dress herself, I would understand, but come on… How many times is she going to let her private parts hang out for the world to see? Buy some clothes that fit already. Didn’t they at least teach you that in rehab? Clothing first… Alcohol second.
