Paris Hilton to Appear in Court and Spiderman won’t Save her

Paris Hilton, who pleaded no contest in January to alcohol-related reckless driving in September, is scheduled to appear in court on May 4th 2007 – the same date Spiderman 3 is released, because prosecutors are claiming her February misdemeanor arrest for driving with a suspended license is a violation of her probation. According to TMZ,

In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving — stemming from a September arrest — and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Prosecutors argue that her February arrest for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license violates that probation.

While Spiderman will busy captivating his audience webs of enemy destruction, the only white ropes I imagine Paris Hilton has the chance of seeing will be distributed by Peter North.
