Howard Stern is tossed aside, definitely not the father

Howard Stern, who is obviously regretting the day the DNA results are revealed, attempted to have the judge ordered testing appealed, but was completely unsuccessful. According to TMZ,

Stern’s appeal on DNA testing was just rejected, and Howard K. was penalized by the three-judge panel to the tune of $10,000. TMZ has learned Stern was ordered to pay $5,000 in attorney’s fees to the Registrar General and $5,000 to Birkhead’s lawyer — not Debra Opri, the Bahamian one.

If Howard Stern loses control of Dannielynn Hope and Anna Nicole Smith’s estate, he is a complete nobody. Back to chasing ambulances for you boy. Unfortunately, after a publicly failed legal battle, you’re best bet is to catch the dead bodies falling off the back because nobody in their right mind would willingly higher you.
