“My mom made me go to a Britney Spears concert when I was young. I was like, ‘No I don’t to.’ She was like, ‘If you’re going to be a performer, you need to see other people.”

By forced, she means, I begged. What mother would “ever” recommend Britney Spears to their child? Could you imagine a mother saying to their 15 year old daughter, “Listen honey, if you want to get famous, show your tits to old men and your ass to young boys.”
