Howard K. Stern is Thrown Out

Anna Nicole Smith was living in a house bought by G. Ben Thompson on the notion that she would repay him at a later date. Howard K. Stern, who as of right now, has remained the sole executor of Anna Nicole’s estate, is currently residing in this house bought for Anna Nicole. However, G. Ben Thompson, after being interviewed by Access Hollywood said,(via TMZ)

“We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass [the DNA test] in any way that would suggest he is the father of that particular child” – and so Thompson’s going to serve him with an eviction notice.

It is a good thing Howard K. Stern is a lawyer - he knows how fucked he is when the news gets out that he isn’t the father. From riches, to rags, to out on his ass chasing ambulances for food.
