Simon Cowel on Antonella: You’ve Gone as Far as You Can Go

Antonella Barba just performed on American Idol and with no surprise, she absolutely sucked as a singer. Since I am the absolute best voice critic in the world, my opinion matters. However, if you prefer the opinion of someone who has a little more experience, Simon Cowell said,

“You’ve gone as far as you can go. The reality is, and I think you know this yourself, you are surrounded by some pretty amazing girl singers. I don’t know how much more you can do because I don’t think your voice will get any better. I feel for you, because you have taken a lot of stick in the media, and you handled yourself throughout, but i’m not gonna patronize you here. It wasn’t your worst, but I just have a problem here. I just wish you could sing better.”

However, Antonella Barba remained strong and stuck up for herself. Unfortunately, no matter what she says, she is still a better fit for Playboy or Girls Gone Wild than a pop-star.
