Anna Nicole Smith is High and Humiliated

Anna Nicole Smith is clearly pregnant and allegedly high on some sort of drugs. She is completely unresponsive to simple questions, has her face-painted, and is playing with a doll in a carriage. If this isn’t the work of a drug addict, I’m not really how else to define it. On a positive note, at least she wasn’t painting the face of her child while injecting heroin in its’ arm.
