Keith Urban’s Extraordinary Support for Such an Ordinary Problem

During his latest stay in a rehabilitation center, Keith Urban has been extremely thankful for Nicole Kidman’s extraordinary support.  In addition, Keith sheds light on the psychology behind addiction and how to get rid of it. According to People, Keith said,

“This disease of addiction, you know, it’s nothing to do with contentedness and happiness, because I had all of that,” replied Urban, who has admitted to a past addiction to cocaine and previously underwent rehab in 1998. “But I wasn’t doing what I should be doing to maintain the road I was on previously, so it was a big wake-up call to get back on the road.”

For a recovered alcoholic, he really does have some major insight – we can call him country doctor. To shed a positive spin on this situation, at least he has at least 3 more records to write about how he left his little girl standing all alone while he drank himself into oblivion. That is what country singers sing about. I swear.
