In 2001, Anna Nicole Smith’s will was written and named Howard K. Stern as the sole executor of her estate. Although the will has not been updated since Dannielyn Hope was born, Anna Nicole’s estranged mother Vergie Arthur is currently battling Howard for the rights of Anna’s estate. Unfortunately for Vergie, the outlook appears grim because she was not mentioned in the original will.

The woman in this picture is hardly the bimbo we saw on TV. This is a sharp and savvy business woman who managed to become playmate of the year, marry a billionare, have her own TV show, and become a spokesperson for Trimspa. She made mint out of making you believe she was a hapless fool. As far as the clown video goes, well, she was messed up there but is that really so unusual? I have been messed up a few times in my life too. Does not make me a helpless idiot or define who I am. She had to be under a tremendous amount of stress with the court battle over the money and her son dying on her. She wanted to live in the fast lane and I think she achieved her goal and paid for it with her life.
