Jim Carey is a Low Budget Actor

February 15, 2007

Jenny McCarthy and Jim carey

Jim Carey at one point in his career use to command a $20 million salary. Unfortunately, after several sub-par comedy flicks, he has turned to a low-budget horror film about a man obsessed with numerology. According to Page Six,

“The Number 23,” a low-budget shocker about a man consumed with numerology. He also admits his reputation may be taking a dive: “Everyone gets to be the big joke for a year. That’s this business. Last year it was Tom Cruise. I could be the next Kathie Lee Gifford.”

Jim Carey is hardly a joke. He’s dating Jenny McCarthy, he is the god damn Pet Detective. He can kick anyone’s ass, including his own. Although Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was the worst movie ever created, Bruce Almighty was not bad. He is hardly a joke and I’m sure The Number 23 will be a decent movie.

Jim Carrey is hilarious. I agree, he’s totally awesome. You know who else is funny? Ester Goldberg! She’s performing at the Comedy Store on Sunset Blvd. this Friday night. I’m definitely checking it out! The only way it could possibly get better would be if Jim Carrey were in the audience!

Eternal Sunshine was a masterpiece. Any idiot who write on this website would not know this.

Jim Carrey’s great and his past work will always speak for itself even if his movies start to suck. You’re wrong though, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a phenomenal movie that should only heighten your respect for Jim Carrey. It’s not funny but then it isn’t supposed to be. maybe you missed the point? give it another try.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was on my top 3 most hated movies. The other two were Open water and Punch Drunk Love.

Also, before someone calls me an idiot for not liking a movie, I want to ask you, what makes you more qualified as a person to rate a movie better than me? I am positive I have seen triple the amount of movies you have seen in your lifetime in the past 2 months.

Also, the bottom line is, I’m much cooler than you.

I’ve been reading recent interviews about him, everybody thinking he is going crazy for writing a self help book. Jim Carrey is still the man and i’m looking foward to “The Number 23.” Wow did that make me look like a groupie? Umm Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events sucked balls
