Britney Spears Snubbed by Designer

Britney Spears Trashy

Britney Spears requested a limited edition Heatherette clutch bag designed by Lydia Hearst, but she was turned down because of her recent escapades. Britney who has been seen exposing herself in varying states of undress was not deemed respectable enough to carry one of one-hundred Heatherette bags. According to Bang,

a source said, “Britney wanted to go backstage at the Heatherette fashion show during New York Fashion Week to collect a bag and promised to carry it to her front-row seat at where she would be photographed with it. But there were only 100 bags and her offer was politely declined.”

Hearst said, “I’m only giving the bag to accomplished young women who are doing something positive to affect the world around them. They are women I look up to and respect, like Gwyneth Paltrow, Sarah Jessica Parker and Anne Hathaway. They share the same high standards, and give back to the communities in which they live.”

While she may not be able to receive a Heatherette bag, she can at least get a brown bag to cover her face. Not only would that prove to be more beneficial for herself, it would just delight me because I am absolutely tired of looking at her ugly and dirty mug. I mean, how is she relaunching a career looking like this.

I mean, i understand the premis of who get’s the bags, but i’m not all that sure Sarah Jessica Parker can still be called “young”. Square Pegs was 25 years ago.
