Will Howard K. Stern Receive Anna Nicole’s Estate?

DListed proposed the question, “Who will get Anna Nicole’s Dough?,” but after the recent discovery by TMZ.com , Howard K. Stern may be the person to receive all of her estate. Since Howard K. Stern was labeled the legal guardian and father of Dannielyn Hope, by Bahamian law, Howard will be the legal custodian of Anna Nicole’s child. So, if he were able to get the child, does this mean he gets all of the money as well?
