Mischa Barton: Short Skirt, Upskirt, See-Through Top, and Still Nothing

Mischa Barton, come on now, just a little higher and a little lower. How come you’re going to go through all the trouble to wear a see-through top, a short skirt, and not show anything? If you show the effort to look like a cheap tramp, at least go the full nine - you’d think Paris Hilton would have educated Hollywood by now. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, Mischa came up short and ended as a complete disappointment with an almost upskirt and an almost nipple slip.
