Britney Spears’s Sex Tape?

Britney Spears, who just filed for divorce, is now allegedly in a sex-tape (link is not safe for work). However, I’m not necessarily 100 percent positive the girl in the video is Britney Spears, but if it is, the lawsuit she filed against US Weekly was most definitely in vain - if the tape existed.

In other news, Life and Style Mag is reporting that Britney Spears has beat Kevin to filing the divorce. Kevin supposedly has been preparing his own divorce scheme since May of this year.

When contacted by Life & Style, Kevin’s rep seemed to have no idea that Britney had filed divorce papers. In fact, insiders say Kevin was preparing a divorce bombshell of his own.

As early as last May, Kevin, 28, began secretly meeting with his lawyer, Mark Kaplan, to work out a settlement deal with Britney, 24. Kevin was prepared to use their son, Sean Preston, now 1, as leverage: If Britney didn’t give Kevin $10 million, plus their $10 million Malibu mansion, he would sue her for custody, claims an insider. “Kevin knows that Sean is Britney’s Achilles’ heel,” an insider says.

I have always thought Kevin was dirty, but using his own children as leverage? He can’t be that bad… unless selling less than 10,000 records has made him bitter.
