Britney Spears Files for Divorce

Britney Spears has filed for divorce from Kevin Federline. According to TMZ, the divorce is going to be ruthless - she is going to reinforce her “iron clad prenup,” request each party pay their own divorce legal/attorney fees, and requests custody of both children because of “irreconcilable differences.”

The excuse, “honey, I’m promoting my record (may or may not have happened)” is obviously no longer an excuse for late nights - the record failed. The speculation of an imminent divorce was suggested earlier this year, but it may have been held off for Kevin’s record. Coincidentally, she decided to file the day after her surprise appearance on David Letterman while showing off her new, fantastic body. Could Britney be ready and prepping for the release of her new album? Is Britney going to top the sexy charts once more? Only time will tell
