Britney Spears’s, who just filed for divorce last night, divorce plot thickens. Best Week Ever managed to obtain the juicy details of the “ironclad prenup (mentioned earlier)” and the outlook is extremely bleak for Kfed.

• Any gift worth over 10,000, goes back to the original buyer

Whereas, DListed was nice enough to point out Britney Spears may actually be a liar. The divorce papers list October 6th as her wedding date, not September 18th. However, The Smoking Gun, pointed out several years ago that the original September 18th 2004 wedding was a sham because Britney was awaiting prenup agreement, but supposedly the real ceremony took on October 16th 2004. So now we really don’t know when she was married… The 18th? The 6th? The 16th? The conspiracy.

Also, Life and Style Mag has claimed that Kevin has been so busy focusing on his music career, he may not have even seen the divorce coming (everyone else did KFed, stop chasing the dream).

Finally, In Touch has claimed the final straw for Britney may have been when she was stood up by Kevin at the Library restaurant on November 2nd, which left her in tears.
