Anna Nicole Smith’s baby raises Paternity questions

Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s recent pledge under god, claimed he was the father of Anna’s baby, Dannielynn Hope. Larry Birkhead, celebrity photographer, is claiming the baby is his own which led him to file a paternity suit. According to People,

Birkhead “seeks truth in paternity as he believes beyond any doubt that he is the father and seeks a presence in this child’s life,” Opri told USA Today. “He is concerned for the health and safety of the child based upon drug issues and manipulation by a third party for purposes contrary to the interests of the child.”

Pending the results, this could be dramatic enough for the Jerry Springer show.
